I am writing this honest review so that in future no one can do the same mistake I did.
We placed a ' same day delivery ' order and paid the total amount including extra surge money due to the valentines day occasion but we didn't receive my order till today.
When we raised a complaint no one gives a response to that complaint but they marked our order as 'Delivered' without delivering the order and the funniest part is that they even don't pick up the customer service call when you are trying to reach them.
Hey Fraud Company,
If you do not have the guts to face your customer then you should slap yourself and shut the company.

Boomsvilla – Order not delivered Closed
They asked me about the date of delivery and till now it is not delivered. There customer service is unbearable to me as they are not picking up call or replying the mail and chat service
