I booked an airline ticket amounting to INR *,***.** from Travolook.in and post payment I immediately received a call from their support team that booking has been cancelled and I should get the refund within few days but it's been almost * months now. I have followed up with their relationship manager and support team lots of time but they just keeps on stalling. I have an email trail of more than ** mails going back and forth but they are not resolving the issue. My money is stuck for a while now.
