This is regarding the portfolio of makemytrip hotels. With lots of expectations, we had booked a room in Hotel JC Grand for our stay on **st May **** in Kodaikanal through MMT. They have a few hotels in their portfolio which they don't even check the amenities and location. That hotel doesn't have an intercom facility, drinking water, service providers and on top of all there is no lift. Our room was on the third floor and there is no lift in the hotel. The worst of all the hotel owner is too rude. Isn't MMT responsible for such deplorable condition of the customer? MMT just promotes such zero class destinations also. Customer satisfaction is not an objective for MMT. Such a devastating experience. MMT could not make our trip memorable. It has just given a miserable experience.
