Ramada by Wyndham Darjeeling Gandhi Road - Booking Cancelled Amount not refunded

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have cancelled one guests booking and paid advance amount of Rs. **,*** with Hotel Ramada by Wyndham Darjeeling on ** June ****. Guest Check In Date: ** June **** & Check Out Date: ** June. After taking follow ups On ** June **** we have received WhatsApp message that booking cancelled and we will send your money back but it will take time. After waiting for several days we again start follow ups regarding refund. on ** July **** again we received WhatsApp message that refund should be done in next week. Again * Week time frame passed and we follow up again for refund then on ** July **** we have again received WhatsApp message Hold for * - * Days. This time again the said time frame passed and we didn't get refund. After taking follow ups Again on ** Aug **** we received message from Mr. Partha Banerjee (Director of Sales) that already processed should be in your account next week. This time also the said time frame passed and we didn't get refund. We are always bear with Hotel but hotel persons are not doing anything. Mr. Partha deadline always passed. Finally we sent mail on ** Aug **** to Mr. Partha asking refund status when we will get the refund. Mr. Partha replied that refund will be processed next week again the said time frame passed. Its now almost more than * Months waiting for refund.

We request you please take immediate action against such hotels that are not refunding the amount and always giving us date and date.

Our request is with Hotel Persons that please refund the said amount as early as possible.
