- BOOKING ADVANCE NOT REFUNDED ^Open

My father booked a tour package from MAA to IXZ and back (**-** mar **) inclusive of air tickets, travel, accommodation with meals. Our deal was, if trip is cancelled due to any reason full amount excluding cancellation charges of air ticket is refundable. But due to COVID-** my trip cancelled (on ** mar **) and air India returned full refund as trip is cancelled prior ** hrs of journey. And as per Air India full fare is returned to the agency (Travel sevak / ltcsafar.com / travel co India). Travel sevak asked for time repeatedly saying they didn’t received refund (as per air india refund was done) and on ** may ** owner Sanchit gupta denied to pay, bluntly saying "do whatever you want i am not refunding". Hence, I caution everyone not to indulge in any type of business with Travel Sevak/ ltcsafar.com or travel co India as all are cheat and are sister firms. Thank god I am safe as at least I didn't traveled. I just lost my booking amount but if I have traveled with them then they may even leave me and my family helpless at unknown place where I am traveling.
