- Booked Vehicle Sold to another and so huge delay on delivery ^Closed

This showroom is literally HARRASSING me every day.
Details I am explaining here below.
Booked a new Nissan Magnite MT XV Premium by paying ***** rupees on **/**/****.
Expected Delivery Date was given **/**/****.
Promised Delivery Date was given **/**/****.
Till today i have not received the vehicle.
But the most concerning part of it was, On **/**/****, I got a call from showroom that your vehicle will be delivered in *-* days (I have the call recording of this conversation). So please start your Bank loan process, for which showroom had sent the detailed Proforma invoice/Quotation and I have applied for the Bank loan. In couple of days bank was ready with the DD amounting ******. From then I have started paying the interest to bank for NOTHING.
After that when I visited to the showroom for my vehicle, but they have sold it to some other person and told me the story that, sorry sir your model was not came in this slot. From then I visited around *-* times but no results.
