Mh Sandipani High School Ujjain - Book is not given

Respected sir,
I would like to to inform u that i am from ujjain m.p. my son is studying in mh sandipani public school since * years, this year in April month i am unable to pay fees so ** of june and * july my wife gone to school for deposit fees but school's teacher say deposit fees and purchase book from patidar shop. For this purpose i have gone school and talk to principal. He tell me book is out of stock and not given book, book is only this student they deposit fee in april so i have told principal plz give me in written. The scool principal told me this is our rule, i can't give u in written, left your child from school.
