Pehelwan dhaba - Bone piece in vegetarian food

I ordered food from pehelwan dhaba and recieved food quite on time and with good packaging . As I was eagerly waiting for the food, with my mouth watering, I opened the box of vegetable and started to eat the food.
To my surprise I found something unusual in that dish .
A friend of mine who is a non-vegetarian said to me that it is a bone piece and that pissed me off at the restaurant and Zomato.
Then I sent a complaint on your support box , just to find that in such a democratic country my article ** ( freedom to express), a fundamental right, has been taken away by the support window .
I was given no option to type my problem.
It seemed you people were providing me solution without listening to my problem.
Being a JAIN and a pure vegetarian, I ordered panner dish and was heavily disappointed to find a bone in my food , and disappointment reached its peak when you guys prevented me from expressing me.
I talked to a executive and he was very apologetic, but you tell me that being apologetic, will it fill curb my hunger?
No right. I asked him to replace my order and he did not paid any heed to it.
Its a humble request that I should get a solution for this issue asap.
