- Boat smart watch replacement under Warranty period Closed
With reference to the captioned subject I may submit that I had given my Boat Smart watch on **/**/** (bought online through Amazon vide Order no ***-*******-******* dated **.**.**** ) for replacement at Authorised service crenre at Amritsar since the same was not working and under Warranty period itself at that time..
Complaint no. ******** (Service tracker no.)
I got the revert on **/**/**** @ **:** hours after various followup and regular visits at their centre.thst the bill submitted was not original and was edited so the same can't be replaced under warranty( I wonder how a downloaded bill from Amazon app in pdf format is edited)
Further they had given the time for delivery of faulty watch back on *th Nov '** from their centre after ** noon (message received on **st Oct'**)
Accordingly I personally visited their place and got back the defected piece for which acknowledgment is in trail mail itself
Later I contacted Amazon customer care amd they assured that the same would be considered under Warranty since it's not my fault and delay is from Boat company's authorised service center regarding delay in response . As I had given the watch during Warranty period only ( Ticket raised on **.**.**). They only asked for getting the Deny certificate from Boat company to further process my replacement request.
Now today when I contacted the service crntre for the said deny certificate, they advised me to contact Boat Customer care directly for the same.
Today I called and contacted customer service representative on Customer care no.and I am surprised and shocked to know that they bluntly denied to consider my request as the plea was given that Warranty period is already over.
My only submission in this entire scenario is :-
*.When I had given the article for replacement within Warranty period then why this is being told to me that it's all over .
*. Delay in response from Boat company's service centre is not my outlook.
*. I am personally following up in this case with all concerned and no response received from the front in due time frame.
*. Where is my faulty in entire scenario when I had given the watch within Warranty period and service tracker no. Also raised . Moreover Amazon people are ready to cooperate but Boat customer service representative are adamant and not ready to listen even..
Awaiting positive response on urgent basis
