Boat Lifestyle Company is a big cheat. It accepts orders. Accepts full payment and cancels the order on its own and does not refund the money.
I had placed an order for Boat Avante Bar Octave *** Watts Soundbar on their website vide order no ******* and made a full payment of Rs. ****.** through HDFC Netbanking on the *th of February ****.
The company cancelled my order on their own stating reason 'other'.
Been calling them every alternate day and have mailed them several times. Everytime they say that their team will get back to me in **-** hours and nobody calls, mails or texts on WhatsApp. Their Customer Care helpline is worse than calling a Government of India office... Of course they better be because they claim proudly made in India!
It's more than ** days since I am waiting for a response from these ridiculous people.
Don't become 'boAthead' and be fooled by this cheap Chinese product!
Beware they are closing shop soon. Don't get cheated by these Cheats!
