Boat - BOAT HAS TAKEN MY PRODUCT AND NOT RETURNING MY PRODUCT

I raised two complaints for boat products from different mobile number (ticket numbers are ******** & ******** , suddenly I noticed they have sent a message that the "We found that your warranty claim ticket number ******** was a duplicate of another ticket number. Hence we rejected the warranty claim ticket number ********" I thought that they will send me the original products back but after few days I contacted them , they told me that the tickets have been closed due to suspicious activity then I asked where are my original products?? they told me that they can't send my products back... I'm really shocked to hear that neither they are giving my replacement nor they are giving my original product back... they have done fraud to me, I told them that if you can't give me replacement then return my original products but they are denying
