I purchased Boat Airdopes *** from Amazon on **-**-**** with One yera of warranty. It stopped working in June ****. So I reached Boat service center on **th June **** to fix the issue. I got replacement product on **th July. Againt it stopped working in last week of August ****(Still under warraty).
This time I resgistered complaint online through boat support portal. I could not hand over faulty product to courier pickup person as I was not available when he arried. I agreed to cancel the pickup request. Then I visited boat service center to fix the issue.
Boat service center asked for my mobile number & I provided the same. Boat service asked for antoher mobile numbers as already I got service on my registered mobile number. Since I have only one mobile number, I could not give any other mobile number. Hence Boat support refued my service request and did not repair or replace my product though still it is in warranty. I dont understand why I should I provide any other person's mobile number to get my product fixed.
I highly appriciate your support to fix my issue.
