My fund has been frozen in the bitbns and I am not to withdraw my from bitbns. I have ****** INR in wallet and around **** Rupees of Crypto in Bitbns exchange. But Now they don't Even allow to withdraw INR. Please help I have already raised the request to withdrawl but they are not processing it
