I had made a transaction of Rs. **** for tneb through Phonepe app on ** of July ****. It says pending and called they said the biller is not acceptable so please wait for ** hrs and I waited. Then I called them back and they said the same and asked me to wait till **th of July to get an update and claiming that there is no problem in their end and problem is in the biller side. The one suffering is me who paid the money.

I transferred money as rent payment from HDFC Credit card to the marchent by phonepe app. In app transaction was successful but the amount was not credited to the marchent
