I booked Yamaha Fz bs* bike on **-*-****, on the same day nation wide lock down was announced, and it was keep on extending. Initially paid an amount of ***** then on the month of June ****, paid ***** and again on August ** ,****. I got a call from sales person that bs* case got cleared, I was asked to pay remaining amount of *****. And I was told bike will be delivered to me in a week. I was expecting my bike but no call from dealer I called them they told bike will be delivered * days and again I called them they told in * days will be delivered like wise they were keep on postponding deliberately for nearly a month.
I raised complaint to Yamaha and then they asked dealer to act accordingly but dealers were very rude and I asked to refund full amount but they are talking very badly with me.
They are scolding me in the call very badly and they asked me to raise complaints if you have guts, is this way they will treat costumers?
Also they told if youwant refund we will give only **k out of *lakh ** thousand. After I raised complaint they mentioned about that bs* approval is still pending from Tamil nadu government.
My concern is :
*) why they got full amount from me without approval?
*)why I was given false commitment on bike delivery for * times in a month?
*)they treating me very badly for * month they are making me to drag always and putting me under mental pressure always
