We bought Big Bazaar Profit Club worth rs **,***, with a benefit of rs. **,***.
Big bazaar has closed all it's outlets with no provision or prior intimation to the card users.
We have lost the entire amount - their phone numbers are not reachable and big bazaar's email is bouncing. We have also posted the complaint on Twitter but there's no reply from them. We also reached out to Smart Bazaar (who opened the store in Big bazaar's place) and they have noted our information down along with others who reached out to them regarding the same issue.
