Bharat Finance Capital Loan Services - Bfc services fraudulent issue

I had applied for a loan of * lakhs in the company Bharat Finance Capital Services (BFC services) located in Prayagraj Uttar Pradesh yesterday by seeing their ad by Quikr. After submitting the documents through WhatsApp they had verified and sanctioned my loan for Rs * lakhs. First, they told me to pay Rs **** for registration then told me to pay the agreement charges of Rs ***** which I had paid through online to their company and then again they wanted me to pay loan insurance charges of Rs ***** again which I agreed and paid. They said before *:** pm you will get your loan amount Rs. ****** but till now they have not given me my loan amount. I have paid them a total of Rs ***** for nothing. Requesting to kindly check and I want my money back from them.
