Betway - BETWAY scam

Betway is SCAMMING US. (Be warned)
I wanted to withdraw a meagre amount of *.*k rupee but BETWAY had raised its minimum withdrawal amount to *k. So I proceeded to add a little more to make it *k to withdraw my money.
The app is glitchy and while I tried to press on the bank transfer option it automatically chose (muchbetter) portal as the method. Now I don’t have much better account and it only asked for a phone number. While I was wondering where I would have to fill my bank details I realised it had chosen (much better ) which requires only phone number.
They even placed a bet without my consent once thank god it was a small amount! I tried to raise a complaint for that too (this happened before this withdrawal incedent)
Now without a much better account my *k is stuck at processing.
I tried my best to reach out but there is no way to contact anyone through phone.
They make us wait for hours to talk to a representative on chat. The representative didn’t help at all he didn’t answer a single question and took several minutes give a single reply and none of the replies were fruitful. He also told me that he can’t guarantee that my money will be returned to me! He also gave me an email that I could write to, turns out that email is no longer being used by BETWAY! They also terminated my BETWAY account because I told them I need the money for my living expenses.
So all they did is
*.terminate my account because they feel like people like us shouldn’t bet
*. Now I can’t even find out what’s happening to my money.
*.I can’t get through to a representative as my acc has been terminated
*.The email given to me was a fake.
