- Bed product cheated by company Closed
I ordered a set of bedsheets from the naaptol app (*+*) on **.**.****. At the time of delivery it was ok. Today date **.**.**** after first laying on the bed, found the bed sheet filtered out from one corner (hole in it). If you get a complaint that the answer is torn, we can do nothing. Our guarantee is just * days.
It means it's a totally cheating by Naaptol Service with the customer. All my friends be aware during ordered to Naaptol. I'm sending the clip of damage newly bedsheets.
This is the matter of goodwill of Naaptol between customer, not a matter of seller. If seller sales out bad quality this is the total responsibility of Naaptol to take action against him. That's called goodwill. I will also reflecting this issue in all media portal for awareness while purchasing any items from Naaptol, because it's a matter of hard money which spend on this order.
