Dear Luminous,
My self Rajib Mallick. I brought a Inverter with battery( Zelio ****+RC***** ***Ah Tubular Battery) from Jan ** ****. which has ** months warranty.
I faced battery problem with serval times Like power factatue. Even when I pour the Battery water in middle of the part after few days that red indicate going down.
I called customer care many times and they never solve my issues.

Company Didnt follow up, they simply said our engineer will do that. * to * day before a company person name is Ramesh, Phone no:-**********. he is very rude and said he and his company cant do anything. better to go local shop and solve your problem.
