Md Affan filed complaint against Okaya EV on May 19, 2023
Since I bought Okaya Freedum EV I faced Battery issues, they were able to fix temporary and I faced the issue again they identied and said to replace as it was in warranty so a complaint was raised to replace. It's been a month ago I have not received Battery following up with customer service no update with Sr Eng no update
