Idea Cellular - Barred service

I am using idea Number ********** since last * year ( From **** to **** it was with Vodafone). At present I am working in Oman. Since the number is linked with all the establishment wherever necessary and I need to get the OTP generated by bank for bill payment and fund transfer, on **th June ** I have activated international roaming facility. While activating the international roaming, three things told by idea customer care officer to avoid unnecessary charges:
*. Do not attend or reject calls to avoid unnecessary charges.
*. There will be no charges for incoming messages.
*. As far as possible use wi-fi and avoid use of mobile data.
After reaching Oman on **th June I have disabled the mobile data and using the phone only on wi-fi. I was getting calls. But I did not attend and reject any call. Till **th July I was getting essential messages
On **th July, I came to know by mail that the roaming service is deactivated and I am unable to get any messages. I have got a mail form idea, stating the unbilled outstanding is Rs. *****/- and the service is barred due to heavy usage. I have replied the mail with the evidences that I have used only ** MB data. Then how idea has generated such heavy bill? The reply from Idea is, I have to wait till the bill get generate (**th July), Or I have to pay Rs. ****/- to activate the service.
When I asked to show me the usage for such heavy charges, I have got the standard answer," Its a system generated unbilled amount, and either need to wait till bill generation or pay Rs. ****/-".
If I have not used the roaming facility for calls or mobile data, why should I pay Rs. ****/- ? And who has given you the authority to stop the services?
The way Idea is saying, I have to wait till the bill generation, I also have a right to say, let me use the service, and if I have really used the data or calls, I am ready to pay the bill.
I am enclosing the screen shots of data uses through the phone.
I have not attended or rejected any call. Idea can confirm it through their system.
In one of the mail, idea customer service officer said, she was trying to call me on ********** and ********** and I was not reachable.
It is a strange! The service is barred and customer service centre is trying to call me on the barred number. It is obvious, I will not be reachable.
Since ****,I am using only one number(**********), then how come idea has linked someone’s number(**********) number with my account?
Since last four days I am chasing "Idea" to resolve the issue and restore the service. I need to have the service because I have to transfer the college fees of my son by **th July. And without OTP I can not transfer the fund. If I miss the dead line, who will be responsible.
I need the service to restore at the earliest.
