I have an account with paisabazaar and recently I shifted my bank account to some other branch and due to which, IFSC and Branch codes also got changed. The new bank details had to be updated in the paisabazaar portal also to do the transactions. Regarding this I submitted all documents to the paisabazaar team as per their requirement to get all the process done. The documents submission process was started on **th Aug,**. After first submission, they wasted around more than * month to give update on progress and later they came up with requirement of additional documents and case is escalated to higher designated person. They again started the process of documents submission for KYC udpate process first and said it will take ** -** working days to get it done. But till date it is not done. Moreover they dont give timely email response and update on phone. They give simple mail reply that case is under progress and that also after so much of email query and phone calls. Please take action
