Hdfc Bank Ltd - Bank cheating customers

Hdfc bank employee Mr Mahendra Singh from Hdfc bank Rathi chambers jodhpur branch came to my home to open minor account of kids. He forced me to open my kid's account in Hdfc. He told a lie that this is zero balance account just because of he wants to achieve his targets he told me to lie because he knew that if he said the truth I am not going to open this account.
And now I have been charged a penalty for non-maintenance of minimum balance. I have also explained all these things to Niyati Khanna who is relationship manager but she has not taken any action against Mr Mahendra Singh. I am facing loss just because of the mistake of Hdfc bank employee. Today I closed my current account ************** and kids account ************** & ************** which was in the same branch and Hdfc bank does not even care about customers. I would say Hdfc bank customer care is very bad. I am extremely disappointed. I have also attached the application which I have submitted in Hdfc bank branch.
