Karur Vyasya Bank - Balance refund not yet received

I have applied for Home Loan to Karur Vyasya Bank Mulund Branch & they have rejected my loan on **.**.**** so i dropped them a email on **.**.**** that kindly refund Rs. ***** which in my home loan account but after several they diddn't refund my money & on **.**.**** bank manager Ms Betsy wrote an email that your payorder has been handed over in february to Anil Entrprises. it is very strange to me that loan has been rejected in April **** & bank handed over pay order in February to another person after so many follow up on **.**.**** i got sms that Rs ***** are credited in my account which is short of Rs. **** so i am asking my balance oney with interest but nopbody from bank has replying. kindly look into the matter. I have also attached email communication for your reference.
