MANO filed complaint against Bajaj Finserv on Dec 22, 2022
I have already sent around **-** mails regarding this business loan taken for *Lakhs (LAN: ***PSBGV****** ) with Bajaj Finserv. Still no proper response regarding loan account freeze / closure.
Please note the below points from my side:
- The borrower of this loan passed away on **-MAY-**** and the associated business GST was surrendered on July-****.
- The first EMI was paid by my father (borrower) and all the balance EMI's are paid by myself.
- There is no guarantor / co borrower associated for this loan. But without knowing that I have paid the *nd to **th EMI from my side. ( June **** - October ****)
- I have paid around Rs.*,**,***/- till date from my side for this loan and Now I am not financially stable to pay further.
-I am not financially stable now to pay the loan to proceed further and not mentally prepared to appear in court for the arbitration.
- As a ** year old guy, I have been through so much mental trauma from Bajaj finserv regarding this loan. I have not signed any agreement with them, But still they are threatening us in a very unfair manner. So, Now aftering knowing my name as a legal heir, their advocates are inviting me to the court for this loan.
I am seeking for a resolution here for this issue.
