Hi
I raised an issue of geyser repair on November **, **** (Caller ID attached). The product is under warranty (warranty document and bills attached). The engineer named Deepak Sharma visited and returned back without fixing the issue. He said it's under warranty and issue has been raised from his end. However, I did not get any document in return. Please let me know the status of my complaint.
