- Bad smell from AC after 4 months of purchase Closed

Good Morning Sir,
Sir, I have purchased Godrej AC from SOUTHERN AGENCIES on **th January ****, AC got working well for * months. After * months of my purchase, a bad smell is coming from AC.
I called customer service and called technicians and he reported as this smell problem is encountered by many customers. He asked me to recheck the same issue and verify Stabilizer and wiring if the smell was encountered or not.
But now the smell is coming every day. Now I am unable to switch ON the AC. Sir, I need a replacement for AC or refund in cash.
Sir, I am getting bad smell from AC when I switch on and while it was running after ** to ** minutes and my daughter who is a ** MONTHS BABY, her health is getting affected and getting damaged (AFFECTING LUNGS WHILE TAKING AIR). I DON'T KNOW WHAT smell THAT IS while switching Godrej AC
l contacted Suppliers and customer care technicians but they are saying it was done only by the suppliers.
Again I consulted Suppliers SOUTHERN AGENCIES they were saying you only saying such problems we never find this issue.
I can't take all this anymore and I need a replacement or my money back.
As a customer, I am not satisfied with the Supplier's response and I spoke with the manager.
please help me.
