I had a discussion with Ambuj Jain from byju's on **th July **** regarding my son screening, while discussion we were in an agreement to take a byju's subscription for my son on EMI basis I paid ***** rupees for this course and during the discussion Ambuj said that you can cancel anytime if you are not satisfied with our services.
I was very surprised that you Byju's peples promised lot but not provided /full filled the services. My son also scored very low even after your subscription. After multiple follow ups I decided to cancel my subscription because it's worthless for my son.
I sent multiple emails to them but they are returning my money. Even though I am paying EMI.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
