BIT Girls hostel - Bad quality food

So I have been living in this hostel from past *.* years. From * years the hostel food was really good and we used to pay Rs **,***. But now the warden has changed and the fee is Rs *,**,***.
Well that's not an issue until and unless they provide good quality. So let me mention how things have gotten worse:
*. The quality of food is horrible. I have got insects (rice weevil) in my food and hair which is very common these days.
*. There are approximately *** people in our hostel and only *-* workers cook. Also our hostel is * floors (including ground) and it is entirely cleaned by * lady. All of them are paid about Rs****-Rs****. The workers work for *-** hours with * leave per month clearly they are underpaid.
*. Students are being targeted here in case they raise their voices for what they ask.
She has been consistently asking us to pay fees. But we want them to provide us with quality food. We are asking them what we have rights for.
