I bought a new jio SIM card * months ago and right from the very first day the network connection is like worst one I can only run what's app through such slow connection. I am a college student and due to such crappy network I am not able to attend my classes properly and sometimes I am not able to attend them at all. I cannot even change my network due to the ** days policy. Please help me in getting my refund as soon as possible.
