Hi Team,
Today I boarded orbit bus from ISBT ** Mohali bus stand bus is going to Mohali to Amritsar. So I booked the ticket from Mohali to Amritsar. Later on when our journey started after ** to ** mins conductor told me to leave your seat(seat no. **) as its a online booking and he also told me you have to travel in standing positing till Amritsar as bus is full packed with passengers seats were full and conductor was adding more passengers in standing area also and his behaviour towards the customers was very bad and rude. This is my very experience with Orbit bus servise and I want my money back and I demand to terminate this bus conductor with immediate effect
