Piya Travels - B2B company refuses to refund the money and threatening to cancel PNR

The B*B company Piya Travels is a B*B ticketing portal from Kolkata. We had deposited INR **,***/- in the company account in ****-**, and from that day onwards they froze our accounts and blocked our money. From past few days, I started getting the emails that my account is activated and today I issued my personal ticket from Amritsar - Singapore and the company emailed that I have illegally accessed their portal and used my money, and I would have to deposit the payment tomorrow, else they would cancel the ticket. The company has harassed us previously also and cancelled my tickets from ATQ SXR when we got into the heated argument. We need protection against our reserved seats and also the balance amount of money. I am attaching the PDF which stated the cash account balance.
