Axis bank Ambavadi branch Ahmedabad - Axis bank fraud with zero joining and zero annual neo credit card

I got a text message(SMS) from Axis bank about zero joining and zero annual fees NEO credit card on **th Feb ****. After not believing on SMS, same offer was showing my axis mobile app,so I took their credit card. However I never bought anything using that CC, when I see in My first CC statement, it was showing *** joining fees. They deducted *** rs two times from axis bank account with record entry "BRN-PAYMENT-CARD-*****". Now my question is that if CC was zero joining and annual fees credit card then now why it's showing *** joining fees in the first CC statement, why Axis bank deducted *** Rs from my bank account, why are they showing total **** Rs due amount on my credit card? Due to this, I lose my Credit score.

I'm attaching here screenshots of that offer SMS, Axis app screenshot, all CC statement, and artifacts that prove my credit score down due to this bluff done by Axis bank.
