I withdrew torn(stuck up) *** rupee's note from an ICICI ATM which is of no value even to the public sector banks.I withdrew a *** rupee note from ICICI bank ATM,west Patel Nagar,Delhi-****** at *:**PM,**-**-****.Serial number of my *** Rupee note is *EG ******.The next day,I went to two public sector banks to get an exchange of the torn notes but I have been told that the note is not acceptable and it carries no value.I am a student living with a limited budget so,losing *** rupees is a big thing for me.The concern is not just my lost but the reliability of the system.How will we develop trust in the banking system of India if issues like these keeps on happening? ICICI should be held responsible for this.

in our fastag money was deducted on badarpur faridabad toll but our car was at home.the fasttag is of icici bank company we bought it from the toll for the local people selling.
