On *nd September ****, I have tried to withdrawal Rs.**,*** from axis bank atm with my ICICI debit card. I have tried two times but every time atm machine had shown me the transaction is cancelled. but after **min. I have received a SMS that my account has been deducted rs.*****. I called to ICICI bank customer care and issue a complain. ID- (sr*********), after * working days they told me, my transaction was successful. For this no money will be refunded and they also said that, I may issue another complain which will take ** working days and my issue will be solved if not they will be provide me the cctv video recording. So, I launch the complain. ID- (sr*********) but after ** working days my issue was not solved. Now after **th working days ICICI bank said we can't do any thing. with out providing me any cctv recording. I am really helpless. I am belong to a middle class family for me rs.***** matter a lot.
