ICICI Bank Limited - ATM Money Withdraw Issue

On **nd Dec ****, I try to withdraw money from icici Bank atm near jpnagar icici atm , with my icici atm Card. I got message that money was withdrawn, but money was not came from atm machine. I checked the atm machine, to confirm any malpractice done. But it is fine, and then security person over there, confirmed, money will be credited back. I given complaint to icici Cusomer care on the same day. I requested CC footage and verified the footage in front of icici Bank Manager. I given again written mail and Manager also sent some mails. But still I haven't received my money and every time, when I approaching them, they are saying we will resolve soon.
Please help me to get my money back and fine them for wasting my time continuously.
