Hi,
I am using your laptop model No- G***G. My case reference no is-INHVN*****. I am going through a worst experience from your Janakpuri service Centre. I was facing a sudden Freeze issue in my system so i went to your Janakpuri Asus Service centre. According to your executive, my system has an issue with Bios, windows and Thermal Pasting, as he checked from any Asus tool given by Asus. I told him it was showing a fan problem when I scanned with My Asus app but he said sir we will check from Asus Tool but when your executive scanned, it showed totally different problems. I have submitted my laptop after taking my backup.
After four days your executive called me and said sir now your SSD card is not working, when I asked how is it possible why it did not come when you scanned, he said I am not god, after opening the system we can check.
Now again he called me after three days and he said sir your SSD card is ok and your Hard Drive is not working now. we have disconnected your Hard drive; you can use it external.
Is this a way to give customer service or an ASUS kind of company will work like that? I am surprised to hear your executive answers. He forgot what the issue was and what he suggested.
I AM GOING TO CONSUMER COURT REGARDING YOUR BOTH THE APPLICATION MY ASUS APP OR THE ANOTHER ONE FROM YOUR EXECUTIVE SCANNED MY SYSTEM.IF YOU APPS IS NOT WORKING CORRECT THAN THERE IS NO SENSE OF MAKING IT, YOU CAN NOT MAKE YOUR CUSTOMERS FOOL.
I WILL ALSO COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR EXECUTIVE, HE DON'T KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HIS WORK ALL THE TIME HE CHANGED HIS STATEMENT EVERY TIME FIRST WINDOW, BIOS AND PASTING AND THEN SSD CARD AND AFTER THAT HARD DRIVE, WHY YOU HIRED THIS KIND OF PERSON WHO DON'T KNOW ABOUT HIS JOB. IS THIS THE WAY TO REPRESENT YOUR COMPANY? HE DON'T EVEN HAVE THE SENSE TO TALK WITH THE CUSTOMERS AND I FEELS LIKE I HAVE SUBMIT MY SYSTEM TO ROAD CORNER SHOP ACTUALLY I THINK THEY EVEN MORE KNOW ABOUT THAN YOUR ENGINEER.
I am out of station due to my office work so I am not able to get to you before, I am not free to waste my time to visit your customer service centre again and again,now recently i was also made a call to ask him about to report and now he said we will refund your money and your system is fine but you need to use your HDD externally i have just one question who is the responsible for my all the work and projects which is hold only because of this shity service and how can i trust on him who just trying to make fool me from the beginning,
I am only writing this mail because i want someone from asus who is take the responsibility about my system because right now god knows what is the main issue with my system and what's he created so this is a request please do something.
