India Post - Asking Money on Every Packet otherwise Return it

I already complain on pg portal ,please study the case as :- DPOST/E/****/***** Your team closed the case by saying that their that आपकी शिकायत के सम्बन्ध में अवगत कराना है कि आपकी जाँच करायी गयी और जाँच में आपके द्वारा की गयी शिकायत के सम्बन्ध में कोई साक्ष्य नहीं मिला I जिससे सिद्ध होता है कि आपके द्वारा की गयी शिकायत निराधार है I But sir i have proff of it recording also .......... but sir i given him the amount by my hand and your officers saying that nothing like this may i know why sir , if it is not possible to taken any action to this executive then please clear me... i also given the clients numbers and my packets and number also in the attachment please clear me the things and matter to me and this is corruption sir totally corruption....
