- Asking for refund to be credited to CF wallet but they are not refunding my money Open
A filed this complaint against Club Factory on Sep 05, 2020
I ordered items from club factory during end if June and start of July, but later cancelled orders due the ban on the app also they cancelled few items stating it is out if stock. So I am waiting for my refund to be credited. But now there is no customer care person who used to chat to process my refund
also if I send mail they are not replying. So kindly help me get my refund either to my account or to my CF wallet itself. Please help.
