This is regarding my new tata safari xz + which i bought around ** days ago and has travelled **** km
The car faced issue few days back when i was in traffic (stagnant traffic)
Suddenly the bonnet went smoky and in some time the gear stopped working after which i contacted the tata road assistance . They asked me to wait for * hours to get my car towed as the tower had to come from *** km supposedly but the towing facility was available just at * km distance which was chosen by me and i had to pay for it
Another issue is that the nawal motors mathura technical team has informed me that the clutch plate system is fully burnt (because of inbuilt technical glitch due to which clutch system could not rotate and got burnt out in traffic) and i have to pay for the clutch, labor as well as flywheel.
At just **** kms, the vehicle has faced such major technical glitches and this is not my first vehicle that i have been driving and i am not a new learner that i dont know how to handle clutch in traffic.
i am not supposed to pay for inbuilt technical glitches provided by tata motors in my car.
I have never heard that the clutch system of any vehicle fails at just a distance of **** kms and that too in trained hands
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
