I ordered a saree from jiofab and it got delivered on **th Jan but the border of the saree had a patch of different color then rest of the border. I have been asking them to refund but they denied saying product is not damaged later is asked them to replace the same product still they denied saying there is no problem with product. They have given customer support no but no one picks up call and I have been working with them on mail chain since last ** days and I get in response is a customized mail with *-* statement altered. They are performing at zenith of unprofessionalism and this is so mentally harassing. I kept writing them that I ordered it for specific function and date will pass but they are hardly bothered.
