Dear sir , I have taken a tablet named Teniva m two sheets at *pm today (** Jan ****) which cost *** rupees where as it was shown in one sheet Rs*** and in another sheet it is shown as Rs ***. Total bill comes to Rs ***. The Apollo pharmacy in Vijaya Nagar colony , Hyderabad taken Rs *** without giving any discount.I tried to give back one sheet to him and he refused to take it and was rude in answering. I am senior citizen and was not even considered and he was very rude. I am attaching proofs . Please take action
