- Android update tv restarts poor technical support ^Closed

I bought the Mi Tv pro ** inches by end of October **** and there were no issues and excellent untill I have updated the android version last month. I have been following up with technical people no response till last week due to COVID**. Then technical guys took * days visit my house, they have tried to update the android version (*) still my tv is restarting again and again. He took videos of TV and charged ₹*** left saying I have other appointments my manager will discuss. I called the manager, he said I have shared the videos to technical team it seems your tv mother board would have gone it may charge up to *k but it is till with the technical team and I'll keep you posted by *st June. No response till now. For company's android update problem, why I have to change mother board and pay *k, which is just have * months warranty? Either they should restore my old android version or repair with free of cost. This is creating a lots of stress and mentally disturbed for poor conversations with technical team.
