Maxpure Ro Service - Amount Taken service not rendered

Have taken Livepure RO AMC service. Lodged the RO stop working complaint but even after repeated reminders and calls neither they are sending technician nor refunding the money. Their manager also not picking the call. After taking AMC they have not provided single service. I need my refund.
