Xsoni Systems Private Limited - amount taken by company person but machine not sending etc

Sir, i had purchased some laundry machine and wash chemicals from xsoni systems pvt ltd and the planet wash (a sister company of xsoni) delhi. this deal doing by mr. gaurav (sale representative of xsoni system pvt ltd) and between me (i reprsenting in behalf of janta engineering work).
finally deal confirmed and i made all payment in online mode.
some payment dirctly paid into company account and some payment made indirecty through google payment.
on **.**.**** gaurav say that it is better for you if uoy purchase one extra machine (dossing machine) because it is save you time and money. so i finally i order it . he sand me the picture and tell us that this machine is carry by our technication , when they come your site for machine installation and demo.
i pay Rs.*****/- on provided details (google pay).
now, phone of gaurav is switchoff. when i ask from company , they tell us that gaurav left the job on **.**.**** and they also inform that gaurav never tell about dossing machine and no amount deposit for same.
while i paid the money on his working period . earleier , i paid some amount.
so this is the company resposibility to recover the same amount and refund me or supply the machine.
but company deney for this.
*. i purchase the machine for business use but till date no technical person visit in our site for machine installation and demo. while they received all installation charges and parts charges in advance.
due to non installation of machine , we getting per day loss of rs.****/-
so, i want compensataion from company for dely installation.
*. company charges excess amount from MRP which is illegal.
i also informed by phone, mail . but no responses.
some machine is LG brand because xsoni is the authorised dealer for supply the sales and services.
