Revolt Motors - Amount not refunding

Once, I received a call from Revolt Motors Bangalore. They said that if I booked now with an amount of ₹****, my bike would be delivered before March **st. I received this call in February, so I trusted the company and made the payment. However, there were no updates on the delivery, and I became frustrated with their service and response. Therefore, I decided not to purchase the Revolt RV***. I submitted a cancellation request on May **th, and according to their Refund Policy Terms, I should have received my refund within *-* days. However, until now, they have not initiated the cancellation process. When I contacted the dealership in Bangalore and the customer care head office in Gurgaon, they were unable to provide me with a proper date and gave me the same response: "We don't have an update on the cancellation." The service provided by Revolt is nothing short of mental harassment and torture. I have no idea why they are not refunding my amount
