Golden Vacations - Amount not Refunded

Had made travel bookings to Sikkim from *th to **th May **** through Golden Vacations - Sahara Building, *nd Floor, Station Feeder Rd, Ward *, Khalpara, Siliguri, West Bengal ******. COuld not avail owing to Covid pandameic. So had this cancelled and informed the travel agency who agreed to reimburse the amount. Have been following up with them since then but no response. Mr Manoj Choudhary, the owner and managing director avoids my calls and emails. I am frustrated sending them emails everyday since last * week asking for my own money!
