Hey,
My SIP was deducted from my accounts for different orders but that was not approved due to some mandate issue. And they claimed it to be refunded in *-** working days but it's more than ** days now. No refund from their side. I have raised this issue with them multiple times but they keep giving fake commitments of refunding in ** hours.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
