Trypich - Amount not refunded yet but the product has been delivered to the seller

My sister has ordered a dress material for her the product that. Delivered is not shown as in the image and the quality was too poor so we somehow we contacted customer support they told that return the product then they process the refund but since ** days the amount not yet credited to our account we sent our bank details to them but some of them contacted us and asked oru card details including CVV number but we refused to give them the details we returned our product back but refund not yet credited to us . I here requesting you to help in this regard thank you
